Chantell has gained ample experience in her career to be called a Sales Guru. She spent most part of her career within the IT Industry in Sales and Account Management. Her greatest satisfaction was derived from assisting her clients solve their business challenges, helping them reach their visions for improved working solutions.
Her passion was entrenched in sales as a service and did not view sales just as a job.
Chantell juggled between looking after existing clients and maintaining those very important relationships, scoping innovative solutions,even then Chantell still set aside time to do the most important task – Looking for new business, it is here where Chantell realised her truest passion, cold calling and setting up new appointments.
This was her key focus as it would directly affect the milestone to attain personal goals and dreams.
“Without a lotto ticket, you cannot win the lotto” and the same goes for cold calling – Without making those cold calls you can’t get the opportunity to sit in front of a potential client” Chantell Kanes
How Virtual B2B Solutions came about.
As a blessed mom of 2 beautiful girls, a full-time job and studying Business Management part time, putting all the plans and preparation to open Virtual B2B Solutions got underway.
Chantell still needed to find the time to dedicate herself to her family, with long nights and early mornings the savior was faith, strong coffee and determination.
The day finally arrived were Chantell could take the leap of faith and launch Virtual B2B Solutions. “I have not looked back since” Says Chantell.
All the blood sweat and tears of the transition from the idea and actual birth of Virtual B2B Solutions was well worth it all.
Chantell is now doing what is absolutely evident what she was destined to do and now has the passion of running a business where services are to help other businesses grow and obtain new clients and increase revenue.
